The Owner

Trucking is what Doug Haugen grew up around. In the early years he worked in the shop for his dad servicing and doing maintenance on the trucks & trailers. Starting in 1978, Doug joined the other drivers hauling grain from Minnesota and North Dakota to the ports in Duluth, Minnesota and Superior, Wisconsin.

Doug left the Company for a few years and started hauling flatbed freight over the road. He later returned in 1982 and became the first over the road dispatcher as he began changing the direction of the Company from grain hauling to an over the road flatbed carrier.

In 1989 he earned the title as President when his dad retired.

Doug has continued to steer the Company through the years with moderate growth and still keep that personalized feeling that small companies offer.
